Growth Marketing specialist

Test of Things is seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Growth Marketing specialist to own and accelerate our demand generation engine. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing a comprehensive, multi-channel strategy that delivers high-quality, qualified leads for our IoT Cyber Compliance SaaS platform.

This role is for a data-driven strategist who thrives on rapid experimentation and measurable results across the entire marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Demand Generation Strategy & Execution (Full Funnel)

  • Lead Generation Ownership: Own the marketing funnel from awareness to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and collaborate closely with Sales to optimize conversion to pipeline.

  • Paid Media Management: Design, execute, and continuously optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and industry-specific platforms, with a focus on maximizing ROI and reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

  • Organic Growth: Drive the strategy for Organic Search (SEO), content distribution, and technical SEO to increase organic traffic, domain authority, and organic lead capture.

2. Multi-Channel Campaign Leadership

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and implement targeted ABM campaigns in partnership with the Sales team to penetrate key enterprise accounts, using personalized content, targeted ads, and dedicated nurture sequences.

  • Marketing Automation & Nurture: Own the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) to build and optimize lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, and personalized email journeys based on user behavior and intent.

3. Data, Experimentation, and Insights

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Establish and maintain clear dashboards, reporting on key metrics (MQLs, CPL, CAC, pipeline influence) across all channels, and translating performance data into actionable insights for the leadership team.

  • A/B Testing & CRO: Drive a culture of rapid experimentation by designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, ad copy, creative, and email flows to continuously improve conversion rates.

  • Attribution: Manage marketing attribution tracking to accurately measure the impact and ROI of every marketing dollar spent and inform future budget allocation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience in Growth Marketing or Demand Generation for a B2B SaaS company.

  • SaaS & Tech Fluency: Strong understanding of the B2B tech sales cycle and the ability to market complex products, ideally within the Cybersecurity or IoT/DevOps space.

  • Channel Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns (Search/Social), executing SEO strategy, and managing large-scale email marketing programs.

  • Analytical Mindset: Expert-level proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM/MAP reporting (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Comfort using data to define strategy.

  • ABM Experience: Demonstrated success in planning and executing Account-Based Marketing strategies targeting enterprise accounts.

  • Experimentation: A track record of developing and managing a data-backed experimentation roadmap for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
